As a major launch platform for brands across the Leeda portfolio, iceTackle* 2019 looks set to be an exciting show for retailers looking at new carp tackle, with Wychwood updating its carp rod offering with two new ranges.
Replacing the outgoing 201-series will be the middle-tier Extremis. Like its predecessor there will be a choice of handle options, with key test curves all covered by 12ft blanks that will feature an action that's brings together low-down power for distance work, with a forgiving tip that really promotes fun playing of fish of all sizes.
Sitting above will be the new stealthy Maximiser range that have been designed purely as distance rods that will suit anglers who primarily traget big waters or fish with heavy leads or PVA bags. These will be priced to compete with established distance rods from the major players but at a sub-£200 price tag that put them firmly in reach of a wider market.
Full details of test curves and prices will be released closer to the show so REGISTER NOW to be among the first to see and order what the brand team have described as the 'best Wychwood rods to-date' ...
