Following the date announcement for iceTackle* 2019, Leeda is pleased to give a general overview of what to expect at the 5th iteration of its annual trade-only event.

As usual, iceTackle* 2019 will take place in the third week of February, running from Tuesday 19th February until Thursday 21st February at Arena:MK. There will also be the usual array of world-class brands on show including Wychwood Carp, MAP, Wychwood Game, Petzl, ICON, Profil, Sealskinz, Rogue and many more.

There will be a dedicated 20-metre pole alley to test out MAP's full range of TKS poles, plus we'll have over 100 rods on show, various luggage and accessory display, plus a 'concept store' that will enable visitors to see POS options from major barnds, enabling visualisation of how each brand can work for your business.

Speak to our brand teams and talk to our brand ambassadors and even our design team about how we've created the products you'll see at the show. This is a great chance to get to the core of how Leeda works and produces fishing tackle.

Seminars

Visitors can expect to see a full calendar of seminars throughout the duration of the show that will look at marketing, social media and sales practises that could help to enhance your operation. Seminar subjects have yet to be confirmed but the dedicated seminar area on the first floor is sure to be an insightful place to pick up some tips to help streamline your business.

Business Services Area

Last year the Business Services Area was a big hit at iceTackle* so will once again be a key feature of the show. Attendees can visit this area to get more information about the range of services on offer from Leeda that they can apply to their own businesses. Whether it's information from our credit control team or how make the most out of the B2B system, there will be something to learn for everyone.

Hotels

Given that many dealers will have to travel to the show in Milton Keynes, Leeda once again offers subsidised hotel rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel adjacent to Arena:MK. There is ample parking too in an attempt to make life as simple as possible for visitors - if you're interested in a hotel room you must register first.

Transport

There is on-site free parking at Arena:MK and for those catching the train, there will be a regular, free shuttle bus to the show from Milton Keynes Central between 9am and 5pm.

Airport pick-ups are available for those that need it and again can be organised through the iceTackle* website.

Evening Entertainment

Details are yet to be revealed for the evenings after the show, but visitors that are able stay after the work is done can look forward to great food, a few drinks and some light-hearted entertainment to unwind with and talk to the teams behind the brands.
